These terms cover this website and The Handyman's Cleaning Manual ebook by Matt Turner (Matt the Handyman). By buying or using the book, you agree to them.
What you're buying
A digital ebook in PDF format. Nothing is shipped. You pay once; it is not a subscription.
Payment and delivery
Payments, delivery and refunds are handled by Gumroad. Your purchase is also covered by Gumroad's terms. Your download link appears after checkout and is emailed to you by Gumroad.
Prices and the launch sale
The price shown at Gumroad's checkout is the price you pay. Any launch price is available only until the end date shown on this site. If the site and the checkout ever disagree, the checkout price applies.
Refunds
If you're not happy with the book, email everydayguidebookshelp@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and you'll get a refund. Refunds are processed through Gumroad.
Your copy
The book is for your own personal use. You may print pages for your own home. Please don't share, upload, resell or copy the file for others. The book is © 2026 Matt the Handyman, all rights reserved.
Safety and responsibility
The book and this site give general household cleaning information. They are not professional, medical or safety advice for your specific home. Always read the label on any product you use, follow the manufacturer's care instructions for your surfaces and appliances, test in a hidden spot first, wear gloves and keep the room ventilated. Never mix bleach with vinegar, ammonia, rubbing alcohol or other cleaners. Keep every cleaning product labeled and out of reach of children and pets. If someone swallows or breathes in a cleaning product, call Poison Control (1-800-222-1222 in the U.S.) or emergency services.
You use these methods at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, the author is not responsible for damage or injury from using or misusing them.
